TTO BTOS18328TC is a Teflon-lipped crankshaft oil seal measuring 18 × 32 × 8 mm, designed as the approved replacement for the discontinued ROLF crankshaft oil seal in TKM BT82 kart engines. The Teflon lip coating reduces friction and wear compared to standard rubber-lip designs, delivering improved sealing performance and extended service life at crankshaft operating speeds. Homologated for TKM BT82 competition use from January 2026, this seal fits the old-type direct drive small bearing crankcase — the earlier BT82 configuration. Note: this is not the large bearing variant; verify your crankcase type before ordering. It is the current factory-approved replacement following discontinuation of the original ROLF seal.
