The NMB Minebea ARHT5E(R) is a three-piece stainless steel male rod end with a 5/16" bore and 3/8"-24 UNF right hand thread. The body is heat-treated 17-4 PH stainless steel, running a heat-treated CRES 410 stainless race against a heat-treated CRES 440C stainless ball. The maintenance-free PTFE fabric liner is bonded directly to the race inner diameter rather than pressed in, so it holds zero play without greasing and will not migrate under load. Static radial capacity is 40,922 N. The heavy-duty ARHT series pairs a smaller bore with a full 3/8" shank, so this carries a higher static load than the larger-bore ART6E while offering 14 degrees of misalignment — the widest in this range. Suited to suspension components and linkages on Formula race cars that see significant angular movement. Supplied as a single rod end with lock nut.
