JFK SB208/50 ZZ C5 Kart Rear Axle Bearing – 50x80mm, C5 Clearance, Chamfered Edge – Fits OTK, Tony Kart & All 50mm Kart Axles

The JFK SB208/50 ZZ C5 is the rear axle bearing fitted as standard to most modern 50mm-axle racing karts. The C5 extra-wide internal clearance lets the bearing expand under sustained race-pace heat without binding, while the chamfered outer edge slides cleanly into magnesium and aluminium bearing cassettes without scoring. Double metal shields (ZZ) keep grit out of the raceway, and three M8 × 1.00 grub screws on the inner collar lock the bearing onto the axle so it stays put through repeated heat cycles and kerb hits. The 18mm outer race seats in a standard 50x80mm bearing cassette, with the 36mm inner collar overhang giving the set screws plenty of length to bite on. Fits OTK chassis (Tony Kart, Kosmic, Redspeed, Exprit), CRG, Praga, Gillard and every other 50mm axle chassis on the grid — across Rotax Max, IAME X30, IAME Leopard, Vortex Rok and KZ classes.
