JFK SB206 ZZ C5 Kart Rear Axle Bearing – 30x62mm, C5 Clearance – Fits OTK, Tony Kart & All 30mm Cadet Kart Axles

The JFK SB206 ZZ C5 is the rear axle bearing factory-fitted to OTK cadet and junior chassis. The C5 extra-wide internal clearance lets it expand under sustained heat without binding — important for cadet classes where short race distances and high engine RPM stack heat into the rear end quickly. Double metal shields (ZZ) keep grit out of the raceway, and two M8 × 1.00 grub screws on the inner collar lock the bearing onto the axle so it stays put through repeated heat cycles and kerb hits. The 16mm outer race seats in a standard 30x62mm bearing cassette, with a 14mm inner collar overhang that positions the grub screws clear of the bearing race. Fits all OTK cadet chassis (Tony Kart, Kosmic, Redspeed, Exprit), Birel ART, Gillard, LN Racing Kart and every other 30mm cadet/junior chassis — across Rotax Micro Max, Rotax Mini Max, IAME X30 Water Swift, IAME Gazelle and Honda Cadet classes.
