FAG 6204-C-TVH-C4 is a single-row, open deep-groove ball bearing from Schaeffler's Generation C range, widely used as the crankshaft main bearing in 2-stroke kart engines. Standard fitments include the Formula TKM BT82 and various 125cc TAG and shifter engines — Rotax Max, IAME, and Vortex among them — where the 20 mm crankshaft journal is specified. C4 clearance is designed for high-speed, high-temperature running where a tighter bearing would bind — essential in engines running 11,000–15,000 rpm. Lightweight TVH polyamide cage (glass-fibre-reinforced PA66). Open construction lets the 2-stroke fuel-oil mix circulate freely. Fits a 20 mm shaft, 47 mm housing, 14 mm width.
