The Dunlop POS8SS is a three-piece stainless steel male rod end with an 8mm bore and M8 × 1.25 right hand thread, supplied with a matching lock nut so there is no separate hardware to source before fitting. Also listed as MS-M08SS. The housing is machined from 303L stainless steel, so it resists corrosion without plating. The high-strength PTFE bronze mesh composite liner runs completely maintenance free, holding zero play without greasing, and carries a static radial load of 11,100 N. Used on anti-roll bar drop links in Formula race cars, where the joint has to articulate cleanly under load and survive a season of weather and washing. Supplied as a single rod end with lock nut.
