The DUNLOP POS8 is a complete four-piece track rod end set for kart steering, supplied as two left-hand thread and two right-hand thread ends with zinc plated lock nuts included. Each end carries an M8 × 1.25 male thread and an 8mm bore. The maintenance-free PTFE (Teflon) lining is the key difference from standard nylon or bronze track rod ends — it runs with zero free play, giving a more consistent and noticeably sharper steering feel, and never needs greasing. Bodies are machined from low-carbon steel and zinc plated to resist corrosion through a UK race season. Suitable for most kart chassis from cadet through to KZ. Supplied new as a complete set, so you're not mixing worn and fresh ends across the steering.
