The Dunlop MS-04 is a three-piece steel male rod end with a 1/4" bore and 1/4" UNF right hand thread, zinc plated for corrosion resistance. A matching lock nut is supplied with every rod end, so there is no separate hardware to source before fitting. The high-strength PTFE bronze mesh liner runs completely maintenance free — no greasing required. Static radial capacity is 5,500 N. Widely used on front anti-roll bar drop links and throttle linkages in Formula race cars, where consistent, play-free articulation matters more than outright load capacity.
